CholaWork Ltd ("CholaWork", "we", "us", "our") operates the CholaWork platform at cholawork.ai. We are registered in England and Wales. Our Data Protection Officer can be contacted at privacy@cholawork.ai.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company name, country, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details).
Documents, emails, voice recordings, screen recordings, and conversation transcripts you share with your agent are stored in your private knowledge base. This data is never shared with other businesses and is never used to train agents other than your own.
We collect information about how you use the platform — pages visited, features used, session duration — to improve the service. This is anonymised and aggregated.
All data is stored on UK/EU servers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorised personnel.
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@cholawork.ai.
We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
We share data with: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis). All third parties are GDPR compliant and bound by data processing agreements.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email and by notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
